"Rewards are fine, just a little slow"
I use the Wienerschnitzel rewards every now and then, and for the most part it does what it’s supposed to. The points just seem to take forever to build up, which is kind of annoying. I’ve also had the app glitch on me a couple times when I was trying to check offers, and that part was weird. The deals are decent when they pop up, so I still use it, but it could definitely be better.

"Good variety, not just hot dogs"
Pretty solid spot for a quick lunch. I like that it’s not just hot dogs — they’ve got different kinds, plus fries, burgers, and ice cream too. I do wish they had a few more veggie options, though...

"Parking was a bit frustrating"
The food was decent, but the parking situation was kind of stressful. The lot felt really small, and trying to get in and out during lunch was a hassle. It didn’t ruin the whole visit or anything, but I left feeling a little annoyed and just wish it had been easier.

I’ve been here a few times and, yeah, the stuff I actually want from the menu is always there. I keep expecting to have to pick a backup or whatever, but I never really do. It’s nice, honestly... just makes ordering easy.

"Seats weren’t the best"
The food was alright, no real complaints there, but the seating kind of killed it for me. The booth was hard and the tables were so close together that it felt a little cramped. I’d come back for a quick meal, but I wouldn’t hang around. Anyway.

I like that Wienerschnitzel is pretty much the same no matter which location I hit up. The chili dogs taste how they should, the fries are hot, and the menu’s simple. It’s nothing fancy, but it’s quick and you know what you’re getting

"Stopped by the drive-thru after work…"
Stopped by the drive-thru after work after feeling trapped at my desk all day, and it was a nice little break. The line moved fast, my chili dogs came out hot, and the girl at the window was really nice. No complaints from me.

"Everything was actually right"
I ordered from wienerschnitzel and, it all came the way I picked it. The sauces were in the bag, nothing was missing, and my chili dog had the add-ons I wanted. I know that sounds like a small thing, but after some of the other orders I’ve had lately, it made a difference. Pickup was easy too, so yeah, 5 stars from me...

"Food was okay, but the place felt neglected"
I stopped in for a quick lunch, the food was fine, nothing amazing, but it did the job. The vibe kind of dropped for me once I noticed how messy everything was, though. The tables had crumbs and sticky spots, the floor looked like it really needed a mop, and the trash area was gross. The staff wasn’t rude or anything, they just seemed a little checked out, like nobody was really keeping up with the place. Left feeling a bit disappointed overall.

"Surprisingly smooth with my screen reader"
I ordered from wienerschnitzel.com it went way better than I was bracing myself for. Using my screen reader, the menus were clear, and I made it all the way through checkout without having to call in backup like I was defusing a bomb.
I’m giving it 4 stars because a few buttons could definitely use better labels, but overall it was actually usable and didn’t make me want to give up halfway through like some food sites do. Painless experience

"Better than I expected, honestly"
I ordered from wienerschnitzel and honestly... the food was way better than I thought it would be. The chili cheese dog was still hot, the bun was nice and soft, and the fries were actually crispy, not that soggy delivery fry situation. Everything tasted fresh, and the portions felt fair too. Nothing super fancy or anything, just solid fast food when you're craving it. I’d definitely order again...

Stopped in for a quick bite and it was a really easygoing spot. The place felt clean, relaxed, and not too loud, which I appreciated. For some reason I remember the little plant near the counter being slightly crooked, but it kind of added to the vibe

I do appreciate that Wienerschnitzel stays open late enough for those random after-work cravings, because not many places do when you actually need them. The hours are easy to check online too, which is nice and saves me from guessing. So, credit where it’s due

"Easy to Check Nutrition Info"
I checked Wienerschnitzel the other day before ordering, and I was happy the nutrition info was so easy to find. Within a couple minutes, I could compare what I wanted without having to guess on calories or anything. I was on my phone at the time, and the site worked fine for me. Overall, it was simple, useful, and I didn’t run into any issues

"Hot, Fresh, and Ready to Eat"
Everything arrived hot and fresh, which made the meal so much more enjoyable. It was nice not having to reheat anything and just being able to sit down and eat right away

I ordered the chili dogs and fries, the portions were decent. Not massive or anything, but enough for a quick lunch. Would I have liked a few more fries? Sure, who wouldn’t? But overall, it hit the spot and filled me up.
